These are hand made and functional porcelain ware, decorated with botanical decals that are developed from original drawings of plants in a 3acre garden beside my workshop. The garden was created by my late father (a retired Orchardist).
I sustain and observe the life of this place for the inspiration behind the forms and designs of these unique products.

Joanne Linsdell - Slipp Arts
Joanne Linsdell grew up on an orchard in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria and trained as an artist in Australia and overseas before returning recently to the family property and creating the label Slip Arts.
Products for Slip Arts are crafted in a large, former fruit packing shed and record and reflect places of personal significance. The designs include a blend of high quality, Ciclee art prints and botanical decals on utilitarian, slip cast porcelain shapes. The original drawings and cast shapes for these products are sourced primarily in a three-acre garden adjoining the workshop.
