Nicole - Hygge Knots

I live outer east Melbourne with views of the Dandenong Ranges. Here I have enjoyed collecting plants and establishing a garden. I learnt all the macrame knots when I was a kid and have always made plant hangers from rope which has evolved into these big ropey pieces. Having run out of horizontal garden space over time I enlisted my macrame skills to make use of vertical space and so began the evolution of these big hangers as l incorporated bigger ropes. I love transforming an empty space into a plant oasis with a special pot, upcycled saucepan or old tin, glorious ropes and big knots.
