Warrandyte Pottery

Warrandyte Pottery pays tribute to the town's rich history in pottery; bringing the traditional artform of ceramics into the contemporary, championing artists of all kinds.

Warrandyte Pottery has transformed the bottom half of an iconic building, into a beautiful, light filled gallery and pottery studio on the banks of the Birrarung (Yarra) River.

One of their core values is to create a space that fosters community; welcoming local artists and makers to showcase their creative expression through their work.

The newly renovated studio is equipped with a wheel and hand building room, glaze lab, and sits alongside a gallery and exhibition space open to the public from Friday through to Sunday with pottery lessons and workshops running regularly throughout the week.

Head down the steps next to the lolly shop and you will find a beautifully landscaped native garden with a retro coffee van selling exceptional coffee and healthy vegan and gluten free meals! Situated directly in front of a newly upgraded Wongium Wilam playground, they deliver a passion for great quality ingredients and a genuine connection with their community.

Alongside the coffee caravan you can find outdoor craft markets, children's activities, pop-up food vendors, and more!
