After 20 years in the wine industry growing premium grapes, the bushfires of 2009 destroyed my business and livelihood. This forced a reinvention of my life and turned a passionate hobby and part time job into a full time pursuit. I have been roasting full time in the Yarra Valley for nearly 8 years and my multi award winning coffee can be found in several establishments in the region.
