I've loved making 'tea' since I was a young child and used to collect flowers and leaves from the garden to make concoctions.

I love that I still get to make tea, but these days I am able to draw on my background as a naturopath and herbalist to create blends that people can actually drink and benefit from!

All of my tea blends are made using certified organic, locally grown or sourced herbs chosen for their synergistic tastes and health-supporting properties.

As loose leaf blends, they encourage slowing down and taking the time to enjoy a simple ritual of making a cup or pot of tea to support your body, mind and soul!
