Our Apple Jelly is made from Granny Smith apples (due to their high levels of natural pectin) grown locally in the area. The apples are gently stewed before the juice is extracted slowly by gravity.

An olde favourite from days gone by, thick, sweet and "just like honey". Made in the traditional way. Great for using as a sweet or savoury condiment.

Spread lavishly on toast or crumpets, with cheese and biscuits, an alternative to apple sauce on your Sunday Roast. Or even try with Chicken and on Pizza!!. For dessert, drizzle over Ice Cream, Scones...you decide!

It's so good even Danni our parrot approves!

"By'eck it's just like "r" Gran used to make".

The Olde Creamery
Here at The Olde Creamery, we produce a small range of gourmet condiments. We make each product on our hobby farm and B&B in North East Victoria. We source our ingredients from local farmers and suppliers from within the Goulburn Valley area, to ensure our support for our community and farmers. Even better, we do not add any artificial colours, fillers, flavours or preservatives.

The vision for The Olde Creamery began in 2016 after we purchased the home and hobby farm. Gareth grew up on a cattle farm in the area, and his grandparents instilled in him a huge passion for cooking and gardening. He has turned his interests into a career, working in a variety of areas of the hospitality industry. Jamie was born in Yorkshire, England, and moved to Victoria when he was in his teens. Whilst he takes care of the business side of things, you’ll also see many of his "Yorkshire-isms" incorporated into our products.

In 2018, we opened our home to B&B guests and quickly became popular with tourists to the local area. We started selling our gourmet condiments to our guests, and after a few people asking "where can we get more?" we commenced retailing some of our products through local stockists.

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we love making them!
