Sprinkle on a leafy green salad for a delectable crunch, or stir through roast vegetables to intensify their flavour. Delicious sprinkled over poached eggs and avocado, or used as a dip with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and crusty sourdough bread. Mix into breadcrumbs to liven up chicken schnitzels and crumbed fish.
