Honeycomb Echidnas

Our most popular product has a Christmassy feel, wrapped in cute Christmas paper. Inside hides 4 milk chocolate echidnas, filled with our homemade honeycomb. Such a pretty and tasty little gift.

Platypi Chocolate is the result of a long-held dream of Mandy and Michael, who were inspired by a small artisan chocolate maker they came across whilst holidaying in W.A almost 30 years ago.

Located in Forrest in the Otway Ranges, the chocolate factory and cafe is now a central part of this small community and a popular spot for tourists to pop in for a hot chocolate and some takeaway goodies.

All their chocolate goodies are hand-made onsite from coverture chocolate and natural products like butter and cream.
