This vintage poster from the 1930's was a commission from the Australian National Travel Association and designed to encourage visitors to the Murray River region from Melbourne and NSW.

A man sits 'relaxing' under a river gum, that grows on the banks of the Murray River. The river gum creates a frame around a paddle steamer that was a popular attraction for the area at the time.
