This stunning print by Australian graphic artist James Northfield sets a scene of two women approaching the 21 meter Memorial Cross on Mount Macedon. The cross is set against a bright blue Victorian autumn sky and framed by eucalyptus trees and manicured gardens. In the foreground is a wreath made of autumn leaves.

This work would have been produced by James Northfield in either the 1930s or 40s as part of a series of work promoting various regional holiday locations.
