'Dancing Poppies' Flower Art

The Papaver Nudicaule or otherwise known as the Iceland Poppy Flowers stand tall and proud with delicate stems of colourful flower buds . The unique compressed bubbles of ice surrounds the Blooms to form its unique capsule. This then transforms into into a magnificent display of colour highlighting the intimate textures & delicate structures.

My love for photography has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Not like it is today but I always owned a camera growing up. Studying at the Photography Studies College in South Melbourne gave me a kick start and reignited my love for creating Art through my lens.

I still get excited about the power and magic of photography and its ability to let me capture my own unique perception of the moment in a form that I can share with others.

Whilst my photographic style varies, I am often drawn to the intimate and intricate details of Flora, landscape, Nature & Abstract Photography. My home studio is where I can get really creative often using a macro lens to capture the soft delicate floral tones, textures and structures up close.

My excuse for a road trip adventure is not only to go hunting for a photographic opportunity but to find that next best Coffee shop. Let's face it we are spoilt for choice with regional towns offering some of the best Food, Wine, Art & fashion. Living just one hour out of Melbourne, I am very spoilt for choice!
